You will analyse the business goals and needs, address the target audience, as well as your competitors.

Put on your project manager hat. Define a minimum viable product (MVP) to satisfy early customers, and provide feedback for future product development. Create a project timeline. Order tasks by estimated effort, manage your team’s workload and hit deadlines.
