Based on the type of career you want to build, you will select the project you want to work on either existing or hypothetical. You will analyse the business goals and needs, address the target audience, as well as your competitors.

Become familiar with project management processes and industry-standard tools, using Agile principles. You will execute the project management process from start to end, and develop a product or feature that is aligned with both your audience needs and business goals.
Plan and Prioritize
Put on your project manager hat. Define a minimum viable product (MVP) to satisfy early customers, and provide feedback for future product development. Create a project timeline. Order tasks by estimated effort, manage your team’s workload and hit deadlines.
Communicate with your team members
Collaborate with key stakeholders and clients as an everyday task as a project manager. Learn best practice, terms and approaches for improving your communication skills. Learn insider knowledge to develop your soft and negotiation skills.
