Rebecca, what does writing the blog mean to you and why did you become an entrepreneur in the first place?
Writing my blog allows me to help other women with MS.
I started my blog/website to help other women live a full life. It has also allowed me to grow as a woman and a mom.
What is your business about? How did you come across your idea?
My business is about helping other moms with Mobility Struggles. I want to inspire them to live full lives.
Since you are also a mom… How do you balance your personal and professional life?
I am grateful and blessed to have raised a young man who sees me as a role model.
He sees me going after what I want and helping other moms that he has followed in my footsteps and is working on his own dreams.
Have you made any adjustments to your personal and professional life to juggle these two roles?
I have learned to set boundaries and that saying no is part of being able to take care of me and my family.
What is the greatest obstacle you have faced in achieving the success you desire? How do you overcome it?
My greatest obstacle is people misjudging me because I live with a disability.
They see my disability as a setback. I see it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and teach others.
What are the things that help you stay organized throughout the day and get time for everyone and everything? Is there a special time planner, or workspace design, or technique that you use?
Tell us your time management secrets!
My time management secret is to keep a to-do list. ✅
I also believe in setting office hours so that I work during set hours and then enjoy family time.
Having set work hours and having my goal list is my key to getting things done.
Any recommendations to Moms who dream about being entrepreneurs, but just can’t get started?
Success is not achieved overnight it is a series of small steps, stumbles, and yes even failure but you keep moving forward. Never give up.
